Location
Roses, situated at 50 km from the French-Spanish border and at 17 km from Figueres, is the tourist centre of the Costa-Brava.
The blocks of flats "La Solana" and "Solimar" are situated in the commercial centre of Santa Margarita (district of Roses) at 80 metres from the large sandy beach. The shallow water together with the absence of sea current makes this beach ideal for children.
The city centre of Roses is at 20 minutes walking on the beautiful promenade along the beach.
In the immediate surroundings of the apartments there are supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, taxi stand, bus stop, pharmacies, medical services, etc.
The bay of Roses is well suited for all kinds of water sports like: sailing, windsurfing, water-ski, jet ski and diving. There are several letting offices for diving gear, boats, jet ski, etc. in Santa Margarita.
At 3 km from Santa Margarita there is the aquaparc "Aquabrava" and an open air carting circuit. The golf course of Perelada is at 20 km.
